Vector are currently recruiting for a Help Desk Administrator for our client a Major infrastructure services contractor. This role is working in a hospital environment.
This is initially a begin on a contract basis until the end of June 2020 however there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.
The Role:

Provide management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations. (training will be provided)

Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times.

Liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate) to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.

Generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system

Provide exemplar customer service

Provide administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract, including but not limited to the following functions: H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality and Compliance.
Requirements:

Previous experience within a help desk environment, preferably working with cleaners / porters.

Ideally have worked in a high-volume call environment

Experience with a CAFM/Concept System is preferable but training can be provided.

Ability to process a high-volume data input

Working Pattern: 7.00 am - 4.00 pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £10.49 - £13.49 per hour
